Refund & Return Policy 

At Wall Sensations, we want you to love your mural. While we stand behind the quality of our products, our return policy varies depending on the type of order placed. 

DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Murals – All Sales Final 

All DIY mural orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. 

Please double-check your measurements and selections before placing your order. Wall Sensations is not liable for errors related to measurements or incorrect installation. The only exception to this policy is in the rare case of a material defect

If you believe your DIY mural has a material flaw, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include the following: 

● Photos clearly showing the defect 

● A description of the issue 

● Your order number 

Our returns team will evaluate the issue to determine if a replacement or refund is warranted. 

Custom Size Murals – Eligible for Return (Limited) 

Murals ordered through our Custom Sizes section may be eligible for return or refund within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions: 

Eligible Reasons for Return 

● The mural arrived damaged 

● There was a clear print or production error 

● There is a material defect 

To be eligible:

● The mural must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging ● You must provide visual documentation (photos/videos) showing the issue 

● Any claims involving severe color bleeding or unexpected modifications to the original order must include clear photo evidence for review 

Our Returns Department will assess the claim and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement. 

Non-Eligible Reasons 

● Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer 

● Preference changes after production 

● Installed or used murals 

How to Start a Return (Custom Size Only) 

To begin a return request for a Custom Size mural: 

1. Email us at support@wallsensations.com with your order number and photo documentation. 

2. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label. 3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Refund Processing 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wallsensations.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
